Belakangan orang Asia memang menjadi bidikan bisnis pabrikan besar dunia dengan memproduksi motor gede tapi speknya tak terlelu besar dan bodynya juga tak terlalu besar. Seperti Ducati yang menggelontorkan monster 795 yang hanya sebobot Ninja dan tergolong pendek sehingga bisa di kendalikan dengan gampang oleh orang-orang Asia yang mungil macam James Bons. Nah belakangan leih ekstrim lagi, CC 600 kabarnya masih bisadikebiri lagi untuk menjembatani antara 250-600. Maka Kawasakipun membuat Ninja 400, lalu kabarnya Yamaha juga membuat R 4 yang 400 cc, sementara KTM dan Bajaj merancang Motor 375 cc. Dan belakangan ramai dibicarakan adalah Honda membuat CBR 400 cc.
Honda CBR400RMotor yang kabarnya tenaganya bisa menembus 50 ps ini disebut CBR 400 R Scoop,belum jelas apakah speknya akan sma dengan CBR 400 RR yang 4 silinder atau hanya 2 silinder untuk mereduksi biaya sehingga bisa dipasarkan ke Asia selain jepang.
